
Changing Status of Client
1. Click on "New Request".
2. Choose
type of request (for this example, we'll choose "Listing
Request").
3. Fill out
the form with as much information as possible.
4.
Click the "CREATE" button.
The
following appears:
5. Click
on pull-down menu under "Status New
request" and choose status
(for this example, we'll choose "Sign
Placed") and then click the
"CHANGE STATUS" button.
The next
page gives you the option to send an email to the client (for
this example, we will click the "DO
NOT SEND" button).
The
following appears showing the new status:
