Accepting Leads

Note: There are 2 different ways to accept leads.


1st Way to Accept Leads:

Please Note:
Leads Wating For Acceptance Are On A First Come, First Serve Basis


1. In the category "LEADS waiting for acceptance" (from the main page), click on the type of leads you want to accept (for this example, we'll click on "BUYER"):




2. When the list of available leads appears, click "accept it" for the lead you want to accept (for this example, we'll choose the first lead).



The following appears (contact information has been blurred out for this example):



Note: Every client must be contacted.  Leaving phone messages isn't considered a contact.  Only leave one message, then call and call. Call different times on different days until you reach the client. The client asked for information and we have to reach them to find out if this is serious lead. The only way to find out is to talk to people!  If you were never able to contact the lead, it doesn’t mean it's not good lead, it just means you never reached client to find out.

ONCE LEADS ARE ACCEPTED IT WILL APPEAR IN "NEW REQUESTS".  IF CLIENT IS NOT CONTACTED, IT STAYS THERE.  YOU HAVE TO REACH CLIENT AND CLICK ON "UPDATE" ON REQUEST.

2nd Way to Accept Leads (only on upgraded accounts):

1. Under the category "New Requests" (from the main page), choose the type of new request you want to view ("BUYERS", LISTINGS", or "RENTALS").  For this example, we'll choose "BUYERS"



2. Choose the lead you want to accept (for this example, we'll choose Khris NoLastName).



You MUST contact the client by phone or meet them in person and update the request before they can be moved from the "New Request" category.
