Knowledge About Real Estate and Accepting Leads:

We suggest that every agent specialize in a certain type of housing, area and/or market.  When you talk to clients, you must be the one that knows more than anyone else.  If they talk to other agents, they must be sure you were the one with the best knowledge.  You can focus on high rise condos, luxury homes, HUD homes, VA homes, first time home buyers, investors, foreclosures, etc.  If you have your own specialization, accept leads from your area of specialization.  Do what you do best!

Once you talk to your client, find out about their plans.  It is necessary to enter the client's information into the database of the contact management software.
 

Communication Log:

Anytime you talk to a client, enter note in the database. Change status of the client request when you set up Email Updates,  open escrow, set up appointment, close escrow, etc.
